What types of photos do you not retouch?

I will not do sexual, erotic, or nude (including children), unlawful, abusive, obscene, or racially biased photos.
I’m not able to retouch professionally taken photos, including Olan Mills, JCPenney, professional photographers, etc. without written consent.

What is the turnaround time to receive an order?

The turnaround depends on the extent of the editing required, but retouching work typically is completed within 3 days. If you order on a Friday, your order may not be completed until the following Monday. Photo restoration and colorization will take longer, especially if there’s a lot of detail in the photo.

Are my photos private and secure?

Yes. SSL and https certificates are implemented and encrypted protocols are used to transfer images.

How many times may I request the work be changed before payment?

You are permitted two changes, after which each will add $5.00 to the price of service.
