What types of photos do you not retouch?
- I will not do sexual, erotic, or nude (including children), unlawful, abusive, obscene, or racially biased photos.
- I’m not able to retouch professionally taken photos, including Olan Mills, JCPenney, professional photographers, etc. without written consent.
What types of photos do you retouch?
- Amateur photos
- Headshot photos (Not professionally taken)
- Newborn, baby, and children photos (Not professionally taken)
- Animal/pet photos
What is the turnaround time to receive an order?
- The turnaround depends on the extent of the editing required, but retouching work typically is completed within 3 days. If you order on a Friday, your order may not be completed until the following Monday. Photo restoration and colorization will take longer, especially if there’s a lot of detail in the photo.
Are my photos private and secure?
- Yes. SSL and https certificates are implemented and encrypted protocols are used to transfer images.
How many times may I request the work be changed before payment?
- You are permitted two changes, after which each will add $5.00 to the price of service.
What file type will my images be returned to me in?
- All photos will be returned to you in JPEG format.
