You are prohibited from submitting images to be worked on that are:
- Unlawful
- Abusive
- Obscene
- Sexually Explicit
- Defamatory
- Racial
Orders From Fab-Photo
When you purchase photo retouching, restoration, colorization or prints from Fab-Photo’s services, you agree to pay in full the amount for purchases via PayPal, Stripe, or Apple Pay.
Limits of Liability
Fab-Photo assumes no liability for damages of any kind in downloading images ordered digitally. By using Fab-Photo’s services, you absolve Fab-Photo of any responsibility for damages en route if sending images, negatives, or slides for scanning, or if your computer develops a virus as a result of downloading digital images to your computer that have been uploaded after work done.
By using Fab-Photo services, you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy.
